Who We Are

LOCAL - ETHICAL - SUSTAINABLE

Our philosophy is simple: local, ethical and sustainable. Farm to fork is one of our guiding principles. As much as possible , we support local farms and businesses in the North. We source higher welfare meats and eggs. The result is delicious seasonal flavours, created especially for you, here in Prince George. Click here to learn more about our local providers.

We support the principles of Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Whether in the kitchen or at an event, we try to minimize waste. Our team is dedicated to eliminating styrofoam and nonrecycleable plastics. We choose biodegradable and recycleable packaging materials. You may also choose to have ceramic dishes, cutlery and linens for your event.

Michal Bidrman

Owner
Cofounder

Michal Bidrman, our cofounder and general manager,  together with his wife, Kristina, developed the guiding pillars of Farmhouse Catering Company Ltd. That being high quality food, produced locally and sustainably.

Our goal is that we want Farmhouse Catering Company Ltd. to be better. Better to our staff. Better to the environment. Better to our customers and community. 
 

Michal and Kristina are long term residents of the North. They are both proud supporters of our community and local businesses.

Rodney Mansbridge

Executive Chef

Cofounder

Chef Rodney began his career in  1983, training to become a Red Seal Chef . Over the years, he has worked in many prestigious establishments including Canadian Pacific Hotels and resorts, and has made guest Chef appearances in restaurants and even on television.

Chef Rodney has personal experience in the restaurant industry as well as corporate services. With a passion for sustainability and buying local. Chef Rodney and Farmhouse Catering Company continue to improve products, improve services and to support local businesses throughout the area.

Toni Schell

GM

Toni is originally from South Africa where she started her love of food. Through a couple of different careers she worked in different aspects of customer service, management, more and catering. She has spent the last 15 years in the specialty food and service industry where she gained a great amount of knowledge on all aspects of food, catering and sales. She is ready to put her passion for food and customer service to work, by making your event as wonderful as our food is!
